Match-day Substitution Manager
Your lineup. Actual minutes. The next change.
Full match duration, excluding halftime. You can extend it during the match for extra time.
1. Build your match squad
2. Select starters and positions
Select exactly your on-field team size, including one GK. Mark players who have not arrived as unavailable.
Update the minute before every substitution, injury or arrival. This is a manual match clock, not a running timer. Continue from the same minute after halftime; exclude the break. Decimals are fractions of a minute (12.5 = 12:30).
Planned substitutions
Planned times are reminders to bring a substitute ON; changes are never automatic. No Planned Substitution means no scheduled minute. NA means not applicable. Confirm a substitution below when it happens. The incoming player’s plan is cleared once recorded.
Next substitution
The incoming player takes the outgoing player’s position. For a vacant place, the bench player’s position is used, except an empty goalkeeper place is filled first. Suggestions prioritise the fewest minutes played, then the longest current bench spell. They do not assess position suitability, fitness or tactics.
Squad & actual playing time
“Bench time” is the current bench spell, reset when entering or leaving the field. Unavailable time is excluded. Marking an on-field player unavailable removes them immediately and opens a vacancy.
Add a late arrival
For a player already in the squad, use “Available now” in the table.

Use the Soccer Playing Time Calculator to plan rotations before a match. Use this Substitution Manager during the match to select your starters, record actual changes, track minutes, and handle injuries or late arrivals.
Minutes accrue only when you record a new match minute. Record the final whistle minute before exporting. To correct a mistake, undo actions in reverse order and re-enter them. No automatic timer, account or sign-in is required.
